How to attend zoom meeting:

Zoom Meetings are becoming more and more popular due to the current lockdown situation. Right from team meetings, online education, conferences to social meetings Zoom plays an important role.

How to download Zoom app?

1. If you’re using Android mobile, go to Google Playstore.
2. On the search bar, search for ‘Zoom‘ like you see in the below screenshot:
   
3. On the search results, you will see ‘Zoom Cloud Meetings‘ like you see in the below screenshot. Tap ‘Install’ on that:
   
4. After you install, tap ‘Open‘ on the app. The below steps will explain on how to attend zoom meeting.
5. In the home screen, choose ‘Join a Meeting‘
   
6. Ensure to enter the meeting ID provided in the ‘Meeting ID’ field and also enter the participant name in the next text field which will by default have your ‘Mobile device name. After entering the both details tap on ‘Join Meeting’ now.
   
7. In the next screen, you’ll be asked for a password, if the meeting host has set password. In such case, please enter the password if the meeting host has provided you.
8. Once after you enter it, you will enter into the meeting room and participate in the meeting.
