Tamil Nadu CM inaugurates various projects at Vellore:

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Thiru.M.K.Stalin during his two days official visit to Vellore has inaugurated various projects.

Inauguration of projects at VIT Vellore:

Kalaignar Karunanidhi Hostel Block

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister inaugurated 2 new projects at VIT Vellore. First project is Kalaignar Karunanidhi Hostel block which can house 1405 persons that includes 1371 students and 34 staffs. It has 19 floors including the ground floor. This is a Men’s hostel located on the other side of railway crossing in between the campus.

 

Pearl Research Park:

Pearl Research Park is one of the largest building blocks in VIT University Vellore campus. It has a total of 55 classrooms in it. Along with it, it has an auditorium to house 500 people and 69 laboratories. Also a total of 250 cabins are present in this block.

 

 

 

Both the above were inaugurated during the Chief Minster’s visit to Vellore on February 1, 2023.

Along with the above projects, CM also inaugurated various Govt projects at Vellore district worth 730 crores INR. All those projects were related to TN Govt’s education enhancements at Vellore district.

He also inspected a govt school at Sathuvachari to quality check the free food scheme. Also he had a meeting with district collectors of Vellore, Ranipet, Thirupatur, TV Malai regarding various govt projects.
