So utmost care is ensured to conduct this exam with fairness.
District Educational Officers had a meeting with the supervisors and flying squad committee to ensure the safety precautions of question papers being transported. Also the meeting addressed strict supervision to avoid malpractices of students at examination halls. Also there was a discussion on how question papers need to be distributed to the staffs for each classroom and protocols related to that.
Few other important aspects including transportation of answer papers safely and storing them at safe places were addressed too. Notably, few years back the answer papers stored for correction got burnt due to short circuit in electricity and so utmost safety precautions have been taken since then.
The above meeting was held at VIT University, Vellore Campus.
